Linear ball bearing guide LKF

LKF 2

KMF linear ball bearing guides are particularly suitable for applications with limited stroke. Due to their shape, they allow an economical design for linear bearings and combine high load carrying capacity and rigidity with minimum installation space and simplest mounting. KMF linear ball bearing guides of the LKF type series consist of hardened and polish-ground profiled rails and linear ball cages supported by rolling elements. Due to the choice of materials, they are available completely corrosion-resistant and are thus preferably also suitable for dry-running applications in hybrid applications.

Profile rails of the PSX type series and ball cages of the KKLK type series are available individually and can thus be combined universally. This possibility provides a greater range of variation in terms of rail length and stroke. Features high load capacity combined loadable lowest weight high stiffness insensitive, smooth running corrosion resistant high efficiency short delivery time Profile guideways PSX are available in lengths up to 1500mm as standard. An extension of the manufacturing length can be realized without significant additional costs. It is not necessary to string together individual segments to achieve longer lengths. KMF PSX profile rails are also available in one piece in the extended length range.

The close spherical pitch guarantees a large number of rolling elements and, together with the polished spherical raceways, very high load carrying capacity and rigidity are obtained.

The linear ball bearing guide should always be installed under a certain preload. The preload increases the rigidity of the four-point raceway system and improves the running accuracy. At the same time, in the case of combined loads, in particular high moment loads, there is better load distribution over all rolling elements. The amount of preload depends on the type of load and in particular the mounting position.

Needle roller flat guide NFF

NFF Steel

KMF needle roller flat guides as a built-in element are for use with limited stroke. Due to the small cross-section (7 x 21.5 mm), they allow an economical design for linear movements and combine maximum load capacity and rigidity with the simplest installation.

KMF needle roller flat guides of type series NFF 3020 consist of hardened and polish-ground flat guideways FLS as well as needle roller flat cages made of plastic and supported by rolling elements. Alternatively, these needle roller flat guides can be manufactured and supplied from corrosion-resistant materials on customer request.

FLS flat-bed rails are available in lengths of up to 1,500 mm as standard. An extension of the manufacturing length is possible without significant additional costs. It is not necessary to string together individual segments to achieve greater insert lengths.

KMF flat track FLS is also available in extended length range in one piece.

The small needle roller pitch guarantees a large number of rolling elements and, together with the polish-ground needle roller raceways, very high load carrying capacity and rigidity are obtained with very smooth running.

Aluminum composite ball bearing guide VKF

VKF

KMF composite ball guideways made of aluminum are corrosion resistant. They consist of an aluminum rail body, a stainless steel PSXC profile rail and a plastic ball cage KKLK 060 filled with guided and retained stainless steel balls. Guide rails of type VKF 060 and ball cages of type KKLK 060 are also available individually and can therefore be combined universally. For details of the profiled rail, materials, ball cage and calculations of the cage lengths LK as well as service life calculations, see page 4 and page 5 of the publication

Radius segment guide RSF

RSF

The KMF radius segment guide with limited stroke is particularly suitable for installation in slide carriages that allow a radius movement.Due to the design, the radius segment guides allow an economical design for linear bearings and combine high load carrying capacities and stiffnesses with minimum installation space and simplest mounting. KMF radius segment guides of the RSF type series consist of hardened and polish-ground segment rails and linear ball cages made of plastic and supported by rolling elements. Due to the choice of materials, they are available completely corrosion-resistant and are thus preferably also suitable for dry-running applications in hybrid applications. The radius segment guide should always be installed under a certain preload. The preload increases the rigidity of the four-point raceway system and improves running accuracy. The clearance adjustment of the system can be made, for example, by means of set screws. The pitch (distance) of the set screws should be about 25 to 35 mm depending on the length of the segment rail.
